New York University Tisch School of the Arts Asia is a place for talented, imaginative, and determined students to experiment, to take risks, and to flourish. It is a place for them to create.
Since its founding in 1965, Tisch School of the Arts at New York University has become one of the leading centers of academic and professional training in the United States. In 2007, the school opened New York University Tisch School of the Arts. In 2009, Tisch School of the Arts Asia launched the Center for Continuing Education and offers the same conservatory style training seen on the New York campus. The curriculum at Tisch School of the Arts Asia is based on the principles of great storytelling, and is identical to the curriculum offered at the school’s campus in New York. All instruction is delivered in English.
Each member of the faculty has been meticulously selected to teach at Tisch School of the Arts Asia because of their strong ties to the industry and their tireless devotion to educating the next generation of storytellers. Many members of the faculty, originally from the campus in New York, now are in residence in Singapore. And new instructors from Asia, Europe and other cities in the United States have joined the faculty.
